Hi Doug, I'm so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your haircut today. When you came in you asked me for a completely different style than what you had and I asked if you knew it would require a good amount of hair being cut to which you replied that's totally fine. I then asked for a reference picture to make sure we were on the same page but it didn't seem like you clearly knew what you wanted. So I asked twice more on separate occasions wording it differently each time to make 100% make sure that's what you were asking of me. I asked you directly if you knew we would have take atleast half the length off and you stated yes that you had gotten tired of it and knew it was a change of style. you moved the entire haircut making it a very difficult process for me and even asked for the top to be cut even shorter than I already had and lined up above your eyebrows.. so I am a bit blindsided by this review. I am sorry you feel this way and have reached out to you privately to come to a resolution.
