I had a HORRIBLE experience when the individual that confirmed my appointment failed to appear at the barbershop. Furthermore, despite my attempts t...o reach out through both phone call and text message, there was no response from him. This situation was particularly distressing as I had an important event to attend, namely a wedding. I highly advise against booking any appointments with this individual. Additionally, I must express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by the staff members present at the barbershop. Their level of service did not meet the expectations one would have for a professional establishment. Show more
