I recently had my microlocs installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. From the initial consultation to the final twist... of the last loc, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and expertise. Consultation & Communication: Before the installation, my stylist took the time to explain the entire process in detail — from the grid pattern and parting system to long-term maintenance and what to expect as my microlocs mature. She answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident and informed. Installation Experience: The installation process was long (as expected), but it was absolutely worth it. My stylist maintained a clean and calming environment, and she worked with precision and consistency throughout. The parting was super neat, and the size of each loc is uniform — something I really wanted. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Final Look & Feel: I’m beyond impressed with how my microlocs turned out. They are beautifully uniform, lightweight, and styled just right to suit my face shape. I’ve already received so many compliments! Aftercare Instructions: She provided detailed aftercare instructions, product recommendations, and a maintenance plan to ensure my microlocs stay healthy and strong. I appreciate the ongoing support even after the appointment.
