Hello James, I'm glad that you like it❤️ You had to have spoken with my daughter not me. No hairstyle takes 20-30 min lol. When you book, It let's you know that it will take 1 hr. She also had to have a bang added which adds about 15 more min. Your daughter hair is natural. I have to go through and flat Iron her hair so that it can slick into a ponytail. That adds about 30 more min. So that's why us stylist fall behind sometimes because if none of that is stated in the notes. I'm just thinking I'm doing a basic ponytail.When it was more than just a ponytail. The picture of the style was different from just a ponytail .I got the pic from someone before her on her team.It's really not fair to me when no one communicated with me on what what exactly she was getting.Thank you for bringing her in.I pray she has a great competition 🎉
