I'm sorry that you encountered a negative experience but unfortunately in this field of hair unforseen occurrences does take place. Your appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm and you didn't arrive until 4:41pm. I was in the middle of doing a clients hair and I asked if you had time to wait. You replied that you "Didn't mind but asked if I had availability the following day to fit you in." I said yes and we agreed you'll come in at 3:30 on Sat. I'm confused as to why you left me a bad review when you were never denied services and you didn't want to wait but wanted to reschedule.

She did an amazing job in me and my nieces hair and went over and beyond to make sure were happy with our results. I wasn’t even originally on the sch...edule but she found a way to squeeze me in and to top it off I was even able to get my nieces nails done making her birthday even more special, The nail tech was so accommodating and amazing. 😻 We will definitely be back.
