I wanted to pay for my daughter to get her hair done for her birthday. She was very rude to my daughter. My daughter showed her an inspiration picture..., and wanted to explain how that’s what she’s hoping to get it colored one day, but she knows it would be a process to get to that. Instead, my daughter was cut off from speaking and not even allowed to explain what she wanted instead, she was told “not gonna happen pick something else”. Then proceeded to ignore her so my daughter was never able to actually explain what she wanted. We will not be going back ever. Just because my daughter is only 16 doesn’t mean she gets to be treated with disrespect. We came in as a paying customer and you wasted our time waiting for this appointment. Show more

Young lady came in 25 min early I acknowledged her because I had an appointment before her. Asked her what we where doing and she showed me platnom blonde as her hair was jet black from a box color I said yikes that won't work, we can talk in a minute and she walked out! Mom said she was paying for highlights not a corrective color. I called mom and explained and never got a response maybe come with your 16 year old next time! Or call dont just blast the business
