Luz was kind and paid attention to detail. I appreciated her taking time to clean up little bits of polish. The atmosphere was good. They got me and m...y group in quickly. I will say that I did not appreciate Steven (the manager I think) coming over and telling my technician to “do better.” I thought it was rude to her and to me. It made me uncomfortable. Luz did a fine job and regardless that should be something discussed away from clients. She handled it gracefully but I was annoyed. Show more
