She is friendly, but tinted my eye brows WAY too dark. I was optimistic and trusted her that they would fade but they have not. I have dark blond/brow...n hair and she used black. I had to cancel an event because I am now super self conscious and trying to use products to lessen the color. :( She gave me a good shape but I am embarrassed in public with the color. Show more
