I found this shop on the Booksky app. I made an appointment for Saturday 7/6/24 my appointment was at 10:30am I arrived at my appointment on time. I h...ave some trouble locating the exact location so I called Fatima for directions. Upon calling, I am told that Fatima has an emergency with her sick daughter, which is totally understandable and that somebody else would do my hair. I drove an hour to get to this appointment so I would’ve preferred to know that prior to my appointment time. Once I got upstairs, I was asked what I wanted. I say two braids, which is what I booked for. I am told that Fatima is the only one that does to braids that the sister wasn’t able to can I do four braids I explain that I only want two. The ladies talk on the phone and eventually I’m told they can do the two braids. That was the only thing that was kind of annoying, which is why I gave three stars. I have to say that while I was sitting and waiting for a few minutes the other lady was very good about telling me what the next step was that she was going to have someone set up the Hair and that she was going to do my hair. Absolutely love that she communicated and just didn’t have me sitting there, but she actually told me the process. She was very nice and I love my two braids. I would go again just hope for better communication. Show more

I loved how she braided my hair. It came out so nice and pretty. It looked exactly like the picture. Her assistant is also good at braiding and did an... amazing job on my sister’s hair! Her and her assistant was very patient with us and took their time doing our hair. Also, it didn’t cost much to braid. The amount is reasonable. However it did take long to braid, but I don’t mind. Also, we did get lost when arriving, which caused us to be a little late. I suggest that you should change the address for the future. Overall, I had a great experience with Fatima! Show more
