Hi Nate, thank you for your review! I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with your service. As we discussed, your nails were weakened from previous services you had received from another salon. After giving you the options, you made an informed decision about the service you wanted. One of the things we discussed was that gel polish alone would not prevent your nails from breaking. Once you voiced your dissatisfaction, I was willing to rectify the situation for you multiple times. If you still would not like them redone I completely understand, and I thank you for taking the time to leave a review. And again, my apologies this happened.
