I was totally disappointed. Dee was nice, professional, etc.. The bottom line she had no clue how to do my hair. This simply is what i was looking for..., and this was two days old. I tried to take a picture, the hair was just ugly. The tenants, seem to love her work from the reviews. Sorry, i was not satisfied!! Show more

Well Ms Harriet I apologize if you were not satisfied with your hair. I wished that you were honest doing your appointment sitting and let me know that you weren’t happy with your hair! Then was the time to resolve any misunderstanding and/or unhappiness. I believe in customer satisfaction and it’s always my goal to deliver! You got a shampoo and conditioner… I also wrapped your hair to prepare it for curling. 1”-barrel curls w/comb-out was what you received! I’m very confident in styling short hair for I’ve been a professional for many years. But thanks for your comment I just wish that you would’ve let me know before tipping me and leaving my salon without saying you weren’t happy…

Derecia is wonderful. She makes you feel so at ease with her that I felt like I already knew her. She was very efficient. I'm so tired of spending 3 o...r 4 hours getting my hair done, but she was done in 2. She trimmed up all the choppiness left by the last stylist I tried, and her prices aren't crazy like the last one I tried. I've been looking for a good stylist for a very long time, and it looks like I might have found her. :) My hair is super cute! I don't typically go back for shampoo/style, but I will very likely go back before touch-up time because she did such a great job on my back and sides. Show more

Ms Brandy is a very nice lady, she was concerned about her hair and how to maintain a healthy routine for her hair without damaging it further. I was more than pleased to consult with her on some tips to improve her hair, starting with healthy hair growth products.

I manage a community for Senior Living and asked D to style and cut our residents for a senior prom that we had. D went above the assignment and gave ...our senior citizens a complete makeover. Hair, nails, makeup, eyebrows she did it ALL! I have NEVER seen my senior citizens as beautiful as they were on that night! She placed so many smiles on so many depressed and lonely seniors! If you are looking for an experience beyond cosmetology book Dee! She is more than the cosmetologist, she is the therapist as well! Dee was punctual and professional. She did a great job on my daughter dreadlocks. This is my daughter first time getting dreads. We both was unsure on... how it would look on her.
