ALL appointments (including those using Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Groupon vouchers etc..) must be made online via the Booksy app as I do not take appointment requests via email, text message or over the phone. A credit card will be needed in order to reserve an appointment. Your card will NOT be charged automatically and the cancellation fee will only be taken if you cancel late or do not show up for your appointment. I operate by appointment only and I am not always available to answer calls, so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to TEXT me, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Please make sure that you receive an email and/or text message from Booksy confirming the date and time of your desired appointment. If you do not get confirmation message, you do not have an appointment. If the day and time you are looking for is NOT shown, that means that day and time is NOT available. For all of my lovely newbie clients, please go to my website, www.citywaxx.com and fill out the new client waiver form prior to your arrival.
