She was gentle, understanding and recommended healthy hair/scalp treatments and products. The salon had great ambiance. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I intentionally waited to do this review so it could be a honest review. Ms Kat is undeniably a hard worker and a good stylist. Not only was she promp...t and punctual, but she was also very informative. As she was doing my hair she told me what she had noticed from my previous stylist and how to repair my hair. She was also very gentle and used the appropriate relaxer for my hair considering it was extremely sensitive (I didn’t get a burn or scalp irritation at all). And before cutting she made sure to understand what I wanted. Keep in mind, she did all this while helping other customers. For some this may be an issue but I feel as though she was attentive to us all. Almost a month later, my itchy scalp is gone and my breakage is declining. I will definitely be going back to her and I would definitely recommend her. Thanks again Kat, I appreciate it! Show more

Sorry you felt that way! When you left you said nothing and paid with a smile. You could have easily contact me to re install and you have my number. I put your previous one on and you praised me for it last visit. You said you was going to your boyfriend house and hope he don’t mess up your hair. Now today is a different day.
