Instead, I explained the techniques I use and the styles I specialize in. Despite this, we proceeded based on your preferences within the scope of the services I provide. As discussed during our appointment, your edges were damaged, and applying additional tension could have worsened their condition. My priority is always the health and integrity of my clients' hair, and I made the decision to avoid any techniques that could potentially harm your edges further. Additionally, I noted that you declined the use of my hair care products, which are specifically chosen to ensure the best results and health of your hair. This limited my ability to fully utilize my methods and achieve the optimal outcome. Lastly, you purchased very small soft locs but did not book for a small size installation. The size discrepancy between the purchased locs and the booked service time impacted the overall look and feel of the hairstyle. I also want to mention that you did not express any dissatisfaction at the time of service. If there had been any concerns, I would have been more than willing to address them on the spot.
