I had my lashes done by Kenziee and I was so happy from the minute I sat down because she listened to exactly what I wanted. She showed me multiple o...ptions for different types of lashes and lengths and walked me through different looks to really see what I was looking for. She took her time and was meticulous about making sure everything looked perfect. She is so professional and considerate to make sure I was comfortable and was really helpful with details of instructions for caring for my lashes for longevity. This is a private at home location but I felt like I... was in the coolest girl world the decor was beautiful she had a nail station a lash,wax and makeup area you can tell makenzie takes pride in what she does and I love that! This was my first time going small business and I had a amazing experience it was in her home but wow… she decorated her designated beauty room beauti...fully!!! It was hip with a garden wall a lash bed and a lash recliner so I got to make my choice I chose thr recliner. I’ve never had the option before. The chair was heated it and gave a massage. I also got my nails done by her. Everything was set up so professionally and even more importantly clean! My lashes are the best they have ever been done and I’ve been doing mine for years. She had a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from NO charge! She had a small area dedicated for children with books and toys which was helpful since my youngest daughter was with me. ( I was worried that would be a problem because of me being a single mother and having to bring her)She was such a nice and professional artist I really enjoyed her company on top of her work!!! Her prices are amazing and I got a free aftercare lash take home kit for being a first time customer that never happens. She also made me aware if I had any trouble she would take me no appointment necessary. Over all I glad I found my new lash and nail technician I would recommend this business to anyone I already made my upcoming appointment! Show more

Do not book here. I booked an appointment on the app and she was no longer there. When I arrived it was someone els’s home and the girl no longer work...ed from there. I called and the number was disconnected and I had no other way to contact her. Show more

Brazilian Waxing Leg Waxing Hybrid Set

I would not recommend anyone book with Makennzee because my overall experience was not something anyone should have to experience. I booked Makennzee ...for a leg wax, Brazilian wax, and hybrid lashes. I’m not one to ever want to bash anyone’s small business, I could’ve easily went to a salon but I like to support small businesses. However, Makennzee was super unprofessional. I tried to reach out to her and give constructive criticism as well as asked for a partial refund. She never responded to me and she removed me from her Instagram and unfollowed me as well. So now I have resorted to leaving this review. I arrived for my appointment at 12pm and I did not leave her house until 9pm. There is absolutely no reason I should have been there that long. She was smoking while doing my entire service, making rude remarks about her prior clients and even her friends, worst of all her husband kept coming into the room while I was getting my lashes done. I would be asleep and when I was awake I couldn’t open my eyes so it was very uncomfortable for him to be down there and make comments about my lashes. This is the very first time I’ve ever met her and booked with her so I don’t know why she would think this was okay. She also didn’t finish my entire leg, I had so much hair left (picture included) and she also cut me during my Brazilian. She was making comments about my privates which was also extremely inappropriate. She got some product in my eye after my lashes were almost done and blamed me saying I opened my eye but I did not. Whatever product she used burned my eyelid first before it got into my eye, but she refuses to accept she made a mistake. She did say I could come back to get my lashes fixed, free of charge but after my OVERALL experience I did not want to go back. I went to a different salon and had to pay to get them removed and get brand new lashes which is why I asked her for a partial refund. The lash techs at the salon were completely shocked by the work and they all said the work was terrible and kept asking me where I went, I didn’t even want to bash Makennzee at all so I didn’t even tell them. ALL I asked for was a partial refund i paid $200 overall and I asked for $85 back but in reality I didn’t even care if it was just $30 to cover getting them removed but instead she completely ignored me. I was so emotionally exhausted when I left her house I didn’t want to have to tell her all this at the moment. But as I said did text her later and her response was super unprofessional and immature. Below I puts a picture of the lashes she did (left) and after I got them redone (right). I asked her for cateye lashes, which is super simple just lashes going from short to long. I believe she did them all almost the same length and used lash cutters to “give them the cateye look.” When I went to the salon they did not use lash cutters. Anyways, please either book with someone else you trust or go to a salon. Her prices are 100% not worth it as much as she believes her prices are good, they are not at all for what I experienced.
