Large Knotless Braida

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Stylist sent a text 45 minutes before appointment saying she had to cancel. Very unprofessional, especially... since she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Show more

I apologize for not saying I apologize. I was rushing when I sent the text message and message via Instagram because I didn't want you to come and I not be there. But I did try to offer an appointment with my coworker being that I had to cancel and sent the deposit right back.
