Cute place, large space, and has potential. Booked an appointment thru Booksy, but when I got there it didn't matter, was treated like a walk-in, not ...a big deal. Clean establishment but cluttered with products and cleaning items everywhere. Not a peaceful or spa like experience. Loud music playing (not in English). My nail techs were nice but felt rushed (even though I had an appointment) and my mani came out uneven and chipped the next day. Show more

This was my second time at fairy lounge, the first time was great. Prompt service, clean cuticles etc. when I booked this time around I noticed I paye...d a fee through Booksy… then realized they never let me know I had already payed a portion. When I payed the second time around, they once again write going to charge the full price and I had to be the one to let them know. The lady apologized and took off the fee. She then proceeded to ask for a tip, I told her I had tipped in the initial fee, she then began to tell me why I should still tip. Unprofessional, she should have been asking me how much I payed last time and what they owed, understandably she didn’t, however, to push for a tip was tacky. I tip 18-25% even when the service isn’t the best, but re-tipping and knowing they and knowingly not including Booksy’s prepayment is shady. Be sure to bring up the prepayment as they won’t. Had Loan and she was absolutely amazing. I was in desperate need of a pedicure after a long move and I even had a chipped nail that she fixed up for m...e that I had stubbed during my move. She was super sweet and the entire experience was so relaxing. I have definitely found my pedicure spot! Will be back! Show more

The employees there were really kind and great but I need to give my honest review. I came here to get a gel x fill for the first time and when I was ...checking in, the front desk worker asked if they could see a photo of the nail art I wanted. They showed it to the nailtech and they said it was totally doable. Long story short the fill took almost 3 hours and they could not figure out how to do the nail art. they moved me around to two nail techs and the fill was so chunky and thick I had to request that they shave it down. Finally it took so long I just asked them for french tip. I also paid full price + tip for this experience.. they did not offer any discounts and it was so pricey for what I got. Brought my mom here to get her nails done before her trip, it was also their grand opening so it was really nice and felt more festive since they offe...red food and drinks. Fairy Nails Lounge is convenient because they have a large shared parking lot in a plaza. The salon itself is also pretty big, with around 20 pedicure chairs and 20 mani tables. They offer a lot of colors, even matching gel and regular polish if you want different polished on the hands and feet. The salon is also really clean which is really important as well. I had two different techs working on my hand and feet, both were good and nice. My mom had Kat working on both her services. She said Kat was really attentive and detailed in her work. We feel really relaxed and our skin feels so soft and nice after! Show more

The search is over. I am so happy that they are open near my home. They have so many services. Including Gel X, facials, eyelash extensions, and so m...any more. I got a Gel X fill-in from Cindy, and I will come back for eyelash extensions with Kat. My nails are perfect, not one flaw. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They all have known each other for years. You can immediately feel the difference when you walk in. I felt very comfortable. The salon is clean and there was no wait at all. I do recommend that you make an appointment to ensure you don't wait. You can also make an appointment online. They have several nail stations and pedicure chairs with massagers. You must definitely go and check them out. Show more
