Site should have a way to change an appointment, not just a cancellation button.

Hello. Thank you for the feedback back. Booksy does offer a "Change" and "Cancel" button as long as you "Change" your appointment at least an hour before your scheduled appointment and the option to "Cancel" up to 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. This is ideal for both our guests and us so we can make the most of everyones time and schedules. If you need any assistance on how to use the website or app to do this in the future please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ve only been using this system since April when we opened and doing our best to utilize it to everyone benefit. We do hope you did enjoy our services and hope you return. Thank you.
