Took a chance based on reviews, appt got pushed forward w out a heads up directly, was then texted he was close by 15 mts later and nothing, running e...rrands i was told. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else, would've rather been told it was canceled than waste time and have wife and baby waiting in truck for nothing. Cancel on customer better than have them waiting, time is valuable both ways partner. Nothing personal just food for thought. Show more
