Combo retwist on freshly started braidlocs. Parent was fine was previous sizing but snce she was working and did not come to appointment with child, the entire touch up was done via phone and filled with miscommunication. Teen understood twists were temporary and should be untwisted before starting school but via text, I was not able to convey this to the parent. I wish the best for both. Wonderful client with great spirit.

Very untrue. Client came with their child's hair so dirty and full of dandruff that it took hours to lift it. The client booked only a flat iron but did not inform me that the hair was knotted and so dirty I had to wear gloves. Just getting rid of the dirty and grime and Flakes and Build Up added 2 hours to the appointment. Rashonda Bell did not want to pay fairly
