If I can give him zero stars I would. First he told me the location was on the website, then 10 mins before the appointment he sends me another locati...on which I was already at the location from the website (which was temporarily moved). I did not see the msg until my appointment time (11:00) and so I go to the other location and it was now 11:04 (4 min after my appointment suppose to start) he was cutting someone else hair and had me waiting until 11:40. Once I told him I had to go he tells me he will still charge the card because I was late after being sent the wrong location. I didn’t want him to charge my card so I let him cut my hair for the first time and this is how it looks after coming home (the same day) and washing my hair ( also gave him a tip) he did a terrible job. Also if you go to him DO NOT add your card it’s not to secure your spot it’s to charge you if you have to cancel the appointment even if you cancel because he’s late or not ready when he suppose to be he will still charge you. Paid a total of $40 was not worth it at all. Show more
