3rd time coming to this barber. He was okay with the cuts, definitely not the best in the city. I had an 8:15AM appointment that he confirmed, I call...ed him at 8:16AM reminding him of his 8:15AM appointment because I was waiting on him at his place of business that he had yet to arrive to. He responded (it says I'll be there at 8:22) he actually arrived at 8:30ish with no apology @ all. And running a time-sensitive business that requires payment upfront and you're late, in Atlanta or anywhere is bad business. I asked him to take my hair down and fade the sides like he did the last cut . He picked my hair out and sponged it and I'm looking at him as If he didn't either hear me or comprehend. He had a sense of entitlement as if I would come back by offering me a $30 discount on my next cut as if he knew I was coming back. I wouldn't waste my time with this guy again. The cost is too much for the service to be this bad. Please be integral with your business. This experience was a waste of money and time. Show more

I’m sorry to hear you felt that way. I just wanted to clarify that all bookings are accepted automatically through the system. Your appointment was booked during the night while I was asleep, and it was also scheduled before the shop’s official opening time of 9 AM, as stated in the booking description. That said, I truly felt I provided a quality service and always want my clients to leave satisfied. My intention in offering a recurring appointment was simply to make scheduling more convenient for you and to offer you a discounted rate — not because of the brief delay that morning. If you were genuinely unhappy with the cut, I would have been more than willing to refund your deposit.
