From the streamline online booking proc...ess, to our initial one-one-one private messenger conversation prior to booking, Jadylayne was thorough, professional and answered all of my questions so there were no hidden/unexpected surprises upon getting me getting services rendered. The nail salon she works at is nice and clean, centrally located, easy to find via GPS, and she sticks to her appointment times and was waiting for me when I arrived. She was bubbly, kind, friendly, and definitely gave me good vibes and her work was impeccable. I would say I'm a little picky when it comes to by nails and she completely exceeded my expectations.
