That did shorten the time we had to consult and complete the cut. You had shown me 7-9 photos long & short and had asked for an unbiased opinion on what should be done with the hair. When you asked for an honest recommendation, I gave my professional opinion based on what would work best. I truly believed we had a clear direction. We agreed to bring the back up to the neckline and layer it up from there. With only about 25 minutes left after the consultation, I focused on delivering the best result possible within the time available. I always aim for quality work and clear communication, and I regret that we didn’t fully connect on this one.
