Thank you for coming in. I’m sorry to hear the experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. As a first-time client, you arrived about 12–15 minutes late to a 45-minute appointment. That did shorten the time we had to consult and complete the cut. You had shown me 7-9 photos long & short and had asked for an unbiased opinion on what should be done with the hair. When you asked for an honest recommendation, I gave my professional opinion based on what would work best. I truly believed we had a clear direction. We agreed to bring the back up to the neckline and layer it up from there. With only about 25 minutes left after the consultation, I focused on delivering the best result possible within the time available. I always aim for quality work and clear communication, and I regret that we didn’t fully connect on this one.

Taking “200” to maintain curly hair makes me believe a perm had been done but not discussed because after cutting down length and applying curl moisturizer the hair became straight (front was hardly cut and stayed curly) and lost volume, client discussed not wanting the sides to look like and undercut but didn’t want a flush look, once again after setting the bulk line on the sides the hair was no longer holding any curl, was told it was good and left without payment when making it seem like it. Very sorry if there was miss communication on the haircut.
