Booked a 9AM appointment two weeks ago. Showed up to the salon with all the lights off, and door locked. I called Fatima, 6 times between 9AM-9:30AM a...nd all the numbers on the door. The eyebrow threader answered and said that if she wasn’t answering her phone it was because she was probably sleeping…this was my first appointment with her, I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and of course had taken all of my hair out the evening before. I finally heard from her in the afternoon, telling me to calm down and that she was at a memorial service. All she had to do was cancel my appointment two weeks ago when I booked it to attend the memorial service. I can tell she’s good at braiding but she doesn’t respect her clients time. Definitely won’t be going back for a $50 discount either. Show more
