I never had a painful retwist, first time for everything I guess. I suggested to wash my hair but she didn’t want to take the time too. I will not be ...coming back. (After seeing the reply email) Yea, the reply was all lies. The lady barely said anything to me so how did she explain about a more intense session if I had my hair washed. I said to wash my hair and the lady said na your good. Good to see lies after a bad review. And the retwist was trash. I gotta go get it retwisted again by someone that knows what they’re doing.
