Horrible! I waited 25 minutes outside of the room and she did not show up. I called the number that is provided 3x but was lead straight to voicemail.... I also texted the same number but it wasn’t even delivered. Maybe she isn’t in business anymore? Still, there was no update whatsoever. Andron is really personable and a good conversationalist. As a first time client, I was a little disappointed I wasn't seated until 30 minutes after m...y scheduled appointment. I wasn't acknowledged (be right with you, etc) which may have helped with the delay. I requested a tapered cut, which should have maintained my length and added volume/character to my hair. I will say a barber would've been a better fit, as I lost a lot of length, the cut isn't quite tapered, and the lines aren't as crisp. Ultimately, I'd return when it's time for a silk press or molded style as seen in the previous reviews. Show more
