She was able to work around a sp...ot on my head that was really thin and put her own touch on the original style I booked for. Braids were nice and neat and I got a lot of compliments on it. I’ve been following Cayla for years, admiring her work, and waiting to for the perfect opportunity to be serviced by her. I booked an appointment almo...st 3 weeks out from my birthday/trip, just for her to cancel the day-of after confirming the night before. Mind you, I took the day off from work, rented a car considering my commute was over an hour away, and purchased the hair she said I would need. Trying to remain understanding that things happen, I asked if I could be accommodated within the next 48 hours, in which she said she’d let me know how she was feeling the next day. I sent a text checking in on her the following day, no response. 6 hours later, I asked for my deposit back; she responded within 2 minutes, no apology, no accommodations, no nothing. Now, I’m left without a hairstyle for my birthday trip. Happy birthday to me! Show more

Went in for jumbo braids and took less than 2 hrs. Braids came out super neat and just overall amazing! I love them ! This was my first time but it definitely won’t be my last ! She’s amazing !
