Very unprofessional; My appointment was booked for Saturday. Show up to your shop and on time you wasn’t there. There guys that was in the store try t...o get a hold of you but to no avail. I didn’t get a call, text or email showing any kind of remorse whatsoever so ever. You just didn’t care because on your site it stated no refund back. So you can just go ahead make yourself “available” on here even though you not really available & take people deposit and not do the work for it. Shit is sad. I will not be booking with you again in anyway, shape or form. You can have the deposit my God will see you through SMD! Show more

The worst experience ive had since moving to ND. Business quoted one price then tripled that price because the stylist worked completely slow. The ser...vices stated and should have only been 4.5 hours, but the style wasnt complete until 10.5 hours passed. Also, the owner has a problem withbeing truthful. My very first time speaking, she lied. And continued to do so. Never will be using services from this location. Show more
