I came for the appointment with my son and was lost and was calling, and he didn’t answer. He ended up texting me an hour later, but that still is una...cceptable. Edit to respond to his comment regarding the issue with his brother: Being a business owner means knowing how to communicate. I took off work to bring my son, and a text message to cancel ahead of time would've sufficed, but I understand everybody isn't a professional. Show more

Yes we understand, miscommunication but as I did explain and have video footage of my brother having seizures and I had to explain this to multiple clients that day . I don’t really care about anything else , to anyone who reads this . I lost my youngest brother in 2023 I have one left and if a medical emergency happens I will gladly take 100 bad reviews , before I leave my last brothers bed side .
