Excellent customer service and professionalism. This is my second appointment with NanesKnots. She answered all of my hair care questions/concerns and... she educated me on how to care for my hair outside of the salon. I also received so many compliments on the sleek ponytail that she did for me for the New Year and the silk press that she just did has gotten a ton of looks as well. NanesKnot is DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!! And I will be returning! Show more

Na’j was very friendly and inviting into her salon space. When she realized that the hair I provided for my quick weave would not blend with my blunt ...cut/colored hair she took me on a personal shopping trip to the beauty supply store and got me together! I really appreciate that she went out of her way to make sure we achieved a perfect blend. I also love her alternative hours which work perfect for my schedule!! The cut, the blend, the curl, the convo, all good. Book this doll! Show more
