This was my first time going to Karla. She received me with a beautiful smile. Took me in immediately and got to work. She fixed a “mess” I got from a... different salon. She made sure to give me advice on how to tackle my hair mishaps, but waited for my approval before moving forward. She gave various options and provided advice on proper care of my hair.
