Emily was absolutely amazing. I came in with a split nail in the middle of my middle finger and she made sure to clean it thoroughly and repair it bef...ore she gave me a beautiful gel manicure with sticker decal designs. She was having a family emergency and despite one of her daughters being in the hospital just a few hours prior she still stuck to our appointment time. Her prices are so reasonable too. For everything she did I thought it would be more expensive but it was affordable. I can’t recommend Luluna enough. Show more

I truly hate to leave negative reviews on small businesses however when I made an appointment on the app, she did not show up due to a family emegency... which I get, but there was no sign or notification that she was out at the locstion. Texting was a pain and she tried to help a little however I was never offered to book at a different time or day. But don't let my review stopped you from going there, I bet she's awesome but for me this little things are what matters when doing bussiness with people. Show more

I'm sorry to hear you had such a tough time. However, I personally sent you a message offering a different day this week and 15% off for your inconvenience. I understand you wanted to come yesterday after work. However, we were booked, and today is as well. Booksy is a client based appointment platform, and with any new business, we are working out some of the kinks. Ex. Family emergencies. If anything opens at the 6:00 time frame you need, I would be more than happy to contact you.
