I found Lilly on the fly. We had an appointment with another loctitian and when we showed up the shop was closed and she didn’t answer my calls or res...pond to my texts. I booked a loc retwist appointment for my son same day/same time. We arrived 15 minutes early and she was very accommodating and professional. She was very knowledgeable about hair care and maintenance and worked fast. It was the best experience and my son will continue to have his hair done with her. 10/10 service. Show more
