I booked an appointment and was charged $80 for a deposit. The address listed on the stylist’s profile is an apartment complex, but the address doe...s not list the apartment number. The stylist did not answer my calls or texts to obtain the complete address for the appointment. I wasted my time driving to the complex for my appointment in hopes that she would respond. I never received any contact from the stylist. It’s very disappointing that I was still charged when no services were rendered. Booksy was of no help and said that they cannot refund my money. They advised me to contact the stylist🙄. The stylist had great reviews, so I don’t understand why my experience was so disappointing. Now, I’ve lost $80 and I still need to find someone to do my hair for our family pictures. Show more
