I just did overlay on my natural nails. I believe they were filed down too much as they are thin and are already cracking. I work with my hands and ne...ed them to be durable. I got my nails done on Friday and today is Sunday. I am a long time supporter of Rocio and I know she teaches classes to women and everyone starts somewhere. Customer service and friendliness are definitely a 5 star! Hopefully this will be used as constructive criticism and a learning lesson. I will be back! Thank you Show more

I will clarify some points that were not detailed in your review, #1 Dania is not a student she has 5 years doing nail application, #2 She clarified that in the condition of your nails your best option was a sculptural nail service based on the fact that your nail is very small, #3 being a customer of many years, I am sorry that your first review is 3 stars..
