Woman at the first station was friendly, welcoming and the salon was clean. However, the person who did my nails was not interactive, didn't ask how I... wanted my nails shaped, etc. There was also another woman who was just walking around, looking for polish - but never found the one I wanted nor did she let us know -made the experience a little awkward. May give it another try, but not sure at this time. Show more

The owner of Nail Lounge is the worst! If it wasn’t for Annie working there I would never go there again. You book an appointment on line and they c...onfirm it and the owner doesn’t even communicate to the staff about appointments. She continues to make customers wait and over commits on appointments. I went to another salon and my nails were a disaster! I came in for a pedi and acrylic fill. Once she saw the condition of my nails she recommended a ...soak off and full set. The luxury pedicure was fantastic and she even stayed late to make sure my nails were healthy and that I was happy with the result. Prices are competitive, skilled staff, and excellent customer service. It was easy to book on the app. This is the place I trust when I’m in town and won’t go anywhere else again! Can’t say enough good things about these ladies! Show more
