Great service!! I really loved my style and she got me all the way together with my repairs! She has blessed hands and I highly recommend! I will be b...ack! Edited: I did not plan to alter my review, however I am not satisfied with my loc repair service. The retwist and style were great. However I cannot provide 5 stars for loc repair. After 19 days of my service I washed my hair, and 4 of my locs that were repaired at my appt came out in the shower. I texted the stylist and let her know about it. I asked if I was not supposed to wash my hair or something. She said no they may have just come out because my hair was short where she repaired them. She said at least all of them didn’t come out and she would fix them at no charge. I said okay I would get them done at my next appointment giving my hair some more time to grow out. A few days passed and another came out, then another and so forth until all 8 she repaired came out. This is all still within a month although I did not keep texting her every time one came out . Now she expects me to pay to have the extra 4 reattached. I just said that was okay I would not be getting them redone by her because she was now charging. She then said how it’s normal for the loc to detach and that it was because of my length and so on. Well all of that should have been stated at my appt so I would have had the option to wait until my hair grew out more or decide that I didn’t want the locs reattached at all. I paid for a service and expected it to last because I was not told any different until now. I paid full price and tipped after my initial service because I did like my style and thought the loc reattachments were a great job. I did not think they would ALL come out within a month’s time.
