Im sorry you felt this way hon! I’m not sure where I did wrong to make you feel bad, perhaps when I was asked for a free pedicure and I said "I'm sorry I don’t do toes”. Your first appointment I was waiting for you for half an hr and at the end it was a no show and then that's when I got a response a couple of hrs later needing another time that I wasn’t available. Whenever I get booked I immediately contact the person to confirm day and time and for a deposit to avoid no show 💕
