Normally l am there behind the front desk to greet and accommodate the customers concerning all of their needs, and to make sure that they do have a pleasant, good, and satisfying experience. Normally my staff is good with helping with customer service but we did drop the ball on this one. I am so sorry that you had a bad experience, my apology.

It was good and fast and they are nice and friendly I always go there. They have barber from different countries Afro American Dominican barber Puerto... Rican barber and they also have hair styles for woman is a unisex barbershop. Show more
Good work. Horrible location. Barber shop is in the middle of a neighborhood where there's a lot of questionable activity. It is centrally located to ...everything. I'm not from the area so I didn't know. There is no parking lot. Park your car on the street and be careful. My Barber was a heavy set guy. Really nice. He did an excellent job. I'd go back for sure. Finally found the barber with the real sazón! Onix is exactly what we were missing out here after moving from the BX! The shop is well maintained and ...kept clean. Definitely a great place for a cut. Prices are within the general range for a cut and a trim. Not bad at all. Show more
