This man made a massive mistake. I took my sister in here to get a wash, trim and a lineup and he literally cut her entire 8 inch ponytail off. She ha...s been growing her hair for years. He said it was a misunderstanding, but I don't know how you can misunderstand something like that. This is a detrimental mistake and then the only retribution was not paying for the haircut. Of course I'm not paying for it because he didn't do what was asked of him. He actually devastated my sister by removing her ponytail without her permission. Now she will spend years growing it back and remembering this terrible experience. A good barber would make sure they were completely clear on the instructions for the haircut, especially before completing a giant cut like that. Very disappointed, very upset and of course I'm not recommending this barber to anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable. Show more
