So sorry you had a horrible experience. However your appointment was at 1pm as it was originally scheduled for. I stated I had to run up the street as my son got a flat I'd be right back. And that's where things went wrong. Couldn't find my phone left it at home thought I'd be right back but wasn't called you as soon as I got back at 1 something. You didn't answer I texted you ignored me accidents happen. And I also told you before coming I wasn't the best at two braids you didn't care and said ok so 1pm is good still? Sorry you had a terrible experience.
