So I booked my 7 year old an appointment with Twood Styles for 6:30AM , however , Twood was 30 minutes late to the shop. My son’s haircut is okay but ...I would have appreciated if Twood took something off the charge or discounted the next haircut to make up for his lateness. That did not happen unfortunately. I was late to an event because I had to wait. I did not have time to find a new barber that was available right then. I have been looking for a barber with consistency, skill & professionalism since I moved here a few years ago. I thought by Twood having appointment scheduling, it would be different. Show more
