Fatima is a professional business owner. I absolutely love that my ShihTzu loves her. She greets him with a heartfelt welcome & of course a treat. She... is passionate about her dogs. She takes time not only grooming well but will do a photo op with decorative theme bandanas! She puts pride in her work because my ShihTzu be waiting on her @ the front door & he goes crazy when she gets him. I would highly recommend her if you have a pet. WAIST OF TIME! I was recommended to this groomer. I booked her for both my Shi Tzu and Maltese and was looking forward to getting my dogs groomed. My ...Maltese had a few knots so she said she could not achieve the cut I want to which I was ok with. I told “to do her best and that we could work on getting their coats up to standard with more frequent grooming”. This lady stood they and argued about not having enough time to detangle the dog. She said she doesn’t brush dogs before bathing them. Than proceeded she would cancel the apt for the Maltese. When I brought out my 6lb Shi Tzu she took one look as her and also cancelled the appointment. I never experienced such last of professionalism. She lack customer service skills. If you don’t detangle dogs than don’t offer it on your list of services. There are way too many dog groomers out there to deal with this nonsense. Needless to say I would not recommend this company any time soon.
