I was very pleased with the service of Fatima with my yorki, Leia. She doesn't have to go thru the stress at the regular groomer. It would take her at... least 2 days to calm down & not be jittery. She is happy to see Fatima and go in the van unlike at the groomer where she would RUN to the door if given the opportunity!! Show more

Fatima showed up on time and was so warm and welcoming. It was my first time using her services. My dog was really nervous, but Fatima allowed me to e...nter her van, and we talked about what kind of haircut my dog would need while my dog got introduced to her. My last mobile groomer always told me that my dog "didn't like getting her ear hair plucked," and since she is a poodle mix, it's absolutely necessary to take care of this, otherwise it will mat. So I gave Fatima a warning about this, but low and behold, she didn't have any problems plucking my dog's ear hair. My dog is a bit of a nervous nelly, so she probably just needed someone with a bit more patience to do this for her. Fatima treated my dog with love and kindness, and for that, I am grateful. She has a booking app, which makes scheduling really easy, and she had availability the following week. My previous groomer didn't have an app, which made booking really tedious, and she was always booked out weeks in advance. Fatima's business model is much more organized, and I will definitely be using her services again, for sure. I loved Chula's haircut! Thank you!! Show more
