I set an appointment for 9 am. For a hot towel shave. They were late. I was there at 9 and no one was in the shop. Another Barber told my barber that ...I was to get a hot towel shave. And all I got was a normal beard cut. Even with all that I still gave the barber a 100% tip. I’m still in search of a suitable person to cut my beard. Show more
