Hello cal sorry you feel that way as explained to you I never received the notification about your appointment which you made an hour before so yes I was 30 minutes late I also explained to you and only reason I came was because you already paid the deposit. I also told you I don't even service or work on other people's work so I actually did you a favor by taking you when it comes to your hairstyle and you not liking it you had the opportunity to voice your concerns and opinion then but you did not in fact you actually sat there and talked about how before you left you will be booking your next appointment with me so that's a little weird if you didn't like your hair service. I also had mention and stated before we even started I let you know that that service was strictly for leave out you had a frontal so yes there was an additional $50 charge on top of the $150 original charge you agreed like you said, then you mentioned the towel I most definitely gave you a second towel however I placed the towel on the chair where the water was dripping to avoid the water touching you due to the length of your hair you did not leave soaking wet as I would have blew dry your clothing as I do not let anybody walk out of the salon wet especially in the colder months but thanks for your feedback that just reminds me to stick to my policy and not work over top of other peoples work thank you

Can't say I remember who you are however nowhere do I offer protein treatments I off hydration steam treatments which I'm pretty sure you received however you may have gone underneath the dryer versus steam do to the condition of your hair which is solely at my discretion as a licensed cosmetologist... Old is a bit far fetched more like seasoned with 20+ years of experience hope you find the stylist that suits you
