I scheduled an appointment with Randy Randle through Booksy for 4/29 at 6:15 pm. We got there and the place was closed and Mr. Randle was not answerin...g his phone or IG messages. This was so disheartening because I was excited to finally find a quality black barber for my sons. I work in Santa Clarita and had to rush to get home in time to take my son to the appointment. If Mr. Randle wasn't available, I just wish he would have never confirmed the appointment or reached out to reschedule. My son had an important award ceremony the following day and is now debating on not attending because his hair was messed up by a garbage shop that didn't understand black/mixed hair. Show more
