My boys did not receive their cuts. We showed up and was told barber had left for the day. I did not receive any notification that he would need to re...schedule us. I reached out to the barber as no one else in the shop could take us. He stated he had an emergency and had to leave. He stated I could return the following day and he’d be available. This is my second time booking. Neither time has been pleasant. I do hope my boys hair can get cut today as they are in desperate need and finding a good barber close has proven to be hard. There definitely needs to be a change in communication when someone has booked an appointment. Show more
