My Wife and I come to Miami during the Winter from Newport Rhode Island and we are Very Particular about our Hair. Luckily we Found the Hair Lounge..... Jacob cuts My Hair and Paulina Cuts and Colors Karen's Hair. They do an Incredible Job and Always listen to exactly what you want done.. In Addition they are Really Nice Pleasant People and make our Visits so Enjoyable! Very Reasonable Prices! We Highly Recommend The Hair Lounge! Show more

It's almost been a year since I went to this place and it always bothered me, that they charged me almost like $60 for a very sub par hair cut. Every-...time I think of Miami, I think about getting ripped off at this place. The people there are nice, had a nice conversation with the guy, but honestly, one of the poorest haircuts i received. I called in last minute for a blow dry and luckily Paulina was available. When I say this is one of the best blow dries I've ever had on vacation it's... an understatement. Not only are the owners super sweet, but they are very talented. Anytime I come back to Miami I'm definitely coming here to get my hair done! Show more

The worst haircut anyone has even had done by a woman who seemed to lack confidence in holding the clipper. Save your money and shave your own hair, I... had to stop mine half way to leave something for a real and licensed barber. Show more

Beware - This salon is trying to scam Groupon buyers. After I bought the voucher for a women's haircut and booked an appointment, I was told the vouch...er does not include a hair wash or blow dry. When I arrived at the shop, the owner quoted an additional $15 for a blow dry and wash. Of course I said yes, since it's impossible to have a good haircut without a wash or dry. At the end when I went to pay, he told me it was a $50 charge and that I must be hard of hearing thinking it was only $15. He also said that because I paid Groupon/not him directly, he didn't make any money, and therefore I had to pay additional $50 for wash and dry. Horrible treatment from the moment I booked an appointment to when I set foot in the shop. He seemed upset at me for buying a Groupon and treated me so disrespectfully. I'm scarred... Show more

Super friendly and relaxed place. Did a great job on my long curly hair -- went in to cut my ends and refresh my layers. The cut brought my curls back... to life! The owner who did my hair is also very funny and made this sleepy Sunday morning errand super fun. Great price too! This is where I'll be getting all my haircuts from now on. Thank you! <3 Show more

I've lived in Miami, Vegas, and LA, and this has been the best cut I've had the pleasure of getting. Jacob is AMAZING! I was very nervous to cut my da...mage off, after losing most of my hair to stress and COVID. He made me actually excited and I absolutely LOVE my cut! I can't believe I've lived in South Beach for 3 years and haven't been here yet. Thank you and I can't wait to see you in 7 weeks! Show more
