I had came in for a temporary style, I kept them in for about a week and a half when I took it out my hair had multiple knots, thinning at the root, a...nd some split ends. The parting also could’ve been better. She was very aggressive with doing my hair also. I wouldn’t recommend going to her if you really care about your hair. Show more

You came in with split and bad hair hair you not done in like a year or two it was very very bad. We explain to you and you were supposed to keep it a for a week we explain all that to you so you know what you were getting into you don’t expect miracle. Dreadlock takes time it’s not overnight. We explain all that to you.

The customer service was above average however I was not happy with my hair, unfortunately I had to be at work & I also have a... flight in the morning otherwise I wouldn’t have hurried and left. My parts are not straight, the style I showed her could not be completed by her because of her ability to braid which I completely understand. But my hair is completely unacceptable. Show more
